How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before your order is dispatched.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. Please check our shipping policy for more details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Are your products made to order?

Is the resin safe once the piece arrives?
Yes. Each piece is made from fully cured, non-toxic epoxy resin. Once cured, epoxy resin is inert — it is not liquid, has no odour, and is not the same as uncured resin used during crafting. Uncured resin requires careful handling, but that stage is complete long before your piece is dispatched.
Note: we do not make formal safety certification claims; if you have specific material sensitivities, please get in touch before ordering.
Will the resin yellow in sunlight?
Epoxy resin can gradually yellow when exposed to prolonged direct UV light — this is a known characteristic of the material, not a fault. To slow this process, keep your piece out of direct sunlight or strong UV sources. A shaded shelf, display cabinet, or spot away from a south-facing window will help the piece stay looking its best for longer. We do not guarantee against any eventual colour shift from UV exposure.
How do I clean it?
Dust gently with a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, solvents, alcohol-based sprays, or household cleaning products — these can dull or damage the resin surface. Do not submerge in water.
How should I store it?
Wrap loosely in acid-free tissue or a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources such as radiators or windowsills. Avoid storing inside airtight plastic bags, which can trap moisture. Do not stack pieces directly on top of one another.
